Just one area is I've never been able to dream for an extremely long time. Now, I have a dream or multiple dreams almost every night. Wake up refreshed enjoying life. Go through out the day enjoying life and have more stamina.

When I walk into a room I'm the center of attention. Amazing how being healthy, or maybe it's better immune system(?), people treat and look at you different.

I had many food sensitivities . Now much better. Able to eat foods I haven't in a while.

Sometimes when I'm driving or in the city I don't do so well but that's where my T3 comes in.

Been consuming almost 1 liter of zapped yogurt per day. If I didn't have the yogurt or consume so much I doubt I'd be writing any of this.
