Yes - the natural chemical in cloves called "eugenol" is the ONLY thing found in nature (cannot be duplicated in a lab) that will actually MELT the hard - plastic like casing.

In fact - my cloves have to be kept in glass containers as they will melt plastic containers. This is why any broad spectrum parasite cleanse worth its weight MUST contain cloves - it is what melts the egg sac exterior and allows the larvae to be killed.
