Allowing people who have the drive and desire to see results to serve one another and the land/waters that God gave them is a testament to the power of God in people's lives.
All will have to learn to work together and serve one another as they have faith in God to see what it really takes to let God's light shine.
I pray that the good people of La will be that light to the world and be like Job and endure continuing to praise God through it all. Never give up God's people!
Do not be overcome by the spirit of Depression or the spirit of giving up (suicide) Overcome these evil spirits of thought by the power of God's fruit of the Spirit. Let God's love get our minds off our own problems and let that powerful energy be used to help our fellow man.
If prayer is what we can contribute, then we should pray with faith that can move mountains. If helping our neighbor with physical strength is what we can contribute, then give it with a heart of service. If giving to help with the lack of human need is what God has placed in our hearts and in our abilities, then we should give with a mindset that our gift will be as the story of the loaves and fishes.
May people all over the world find a closer relationship with God in the midst of it all.
