By now you should know he is just "playing a role". The questions now are---why are you still there and why are you still buying his BS?

Have you contacted a good divorce lawyer? Have you called the Domestic Abuse Hotline? I certainly hope you have done both those things. If not, with all due respect, you really need to focus --- the health and well-being of your child comes first! How could you still be with a man who forces you to hide baby food?

You seem to need reminding of what you recently wrote:
I have also been beaten many times. He has complete control of the money, I even have to hide baby food. I don't want my child raised in this enviroment. We have spent a year in counseling with zero change.
