an absolutely amazing achievement, so extremely well done thus far.
The healing of your heart should be completed this time around, but be careful not to push yourself too far: one day at a time, and only one day at a time.
If your weight is 142 pounds, what is your height and estimated bone size?....small, medium or large? as this has a bearing on health.
