So sorry for all you've been through because of the Mirena. Thank you for sharing your story. Please go to the FDA website to report your side effects. Your health care provider should also report them, but unfortunately most of them don't believe it's the Mirena causing them. Wishing you better health and a quick recovery. Warn every woman you know to research the Mirena before getting one.
