Re: Where to start?
Hi, first I have to say that I am a practitioner of colon hydrotherapy so I am partial to
colonics as a starting point. But a lot depends on the overall condition of your health and how regularly you are eliminating waste matter from your system.
If you are eating a
healthy Diet with the types of food Whole Foods offers in their stores, getting adequate aerobic exercise, and enough sleep, then you most likely already have a head start on whatever program you choose to begin with.
If there is someone in your area offering
colonics I would encourage you get in touch with them and judge if you would feel comfortable with having a
colonic from the therapist you talk with.
I also recommend visiting their studio to inspect the facility for cleanliness and professional demeanor before you schedule an appointment. A good therapist will welcome an in depth inspection and welcome any questions you may have.
And finally, if you don't already have one, I recommend that you purchase an enema bag for periodic cleansing enemas at home should the need arise. I am not at all a fan of laxatives.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to follow up.
