I also have a translucent worm type looking shape in my vision...can only see it in the presence of light. But it curves around like a snake/worm and appears several inches long. In my other eye there is a black dot that flashes in my vision sometimes also in the presence of light. I've had the worm vision for many years now and just have learned to live with it (I just started researching into parasites the last year or so). I've had 1 regiment of another parasite cleanse and I'm on my 2nd Humaworm cleanse. These seem to do nothing for the floaters so far.

I wonder if these could possibly be pork tapeworms, cause I've read that they migrate to the head/eye area. I've had a plethora of other brain/neurological symptoms and dysautonomia, and like you I was diagnosed with some other disorder such as anxiety/depression/etc.
