A federal judge Tuesday ruled against the Obama administration's six-month moratorium on deepwater drilling in the wake of the BP oil spill. The White House, which had hoped the ban would provide time to ensure other wells are operating safely, immediately said it would appeal.
My goodness, looks like BP has more clout in the US than the White House. We already knew the White House rolled over for Israel, but an oil company? Obama is totally useless!
So, I wonder who it was in the legal system that understands Obama is a lame duck less than halfway through his first term? Judge Martin Feldman, BP attorney Carl Rosenblum, Transocean attorney Steven L. Newman. Hmmm, I sense a pattern here!
