Hang in there! Day 2 will probably be rough aswell and day 3 maybe a bit easier, but you should be feeling better by day 4. I am on day 7 now, and all is well. I have a lot of energy, and I am spending my "mealtimes" cooking for the dogs so the food I have does not go bad. I am just in it for 10 days. Good luck - it is always a bit bumpy at the beginning, but you have better times ahead. Be kind to yourself these first few days, and keep moving.
