Surfer27 here. I just read your posting and I can totally relate to you on all levels!! What you described sounds almost as similar as my situation! I don't know if you have looked into this recently, but have you been tested for internal hemorrhoids, anal fissures, fistulas, etc, etc. Also, have you been examined to make sure you don't have anal rectal prolapse? It could be a case of that!! Also, just so I can get more info off of you, how long have you been dealing with this fecal Body Odor of yours for? For me, it's been about 4 yrs and I believe I got mine as a result of sticking a metal object up my back orifice!! That seems to have triggered something weird, that has caused this feces type Body Odor all day, despite what conventional doctors have told me about my sphincter being strong. One last thing, do you think you can possibly write a list of what things you've tried to combat this? Perhaps we can go over things and try and help one another out!!
