worried

Hi,

My husband and I haven't got much money at the moment. And, he's has a blood test which revealed he has a low white blood cell count. Could this relate to parasites?
What can we do about it?
We just finished our 3rd round of humaworm abuot 2 weeks ago and he's been quite sick with sore throats and now a cold and really tired. He thinks it die-off symptoms. He drinks plenty of water.
What else he can do? I want to buy the anti-viral humaworm stuff when we have some more money. would it work?
