That is a great observation. I didn't take into account bromide toxicity although I just started taking Lugol's myself just for overall wellness and it has seemed to have really good results. I did get a few pimples when I first took it but I believe that was a little HERX heimer.

I will be working on getting funding throughout my career to put these things to the test so people can have a finalized gameplan on Acne and not be lied to by medical doctors and pharmaceutical companies that it is only external and has nothing to do with what you eat or internal toxicity of your organs.
