When will I get my Humaworm order?

My first order at Humaworm was made May 5, 2010
Total: $46.75 USD
It was delivered within a week.

Since I thought it was a good idea to continue and also have some for my wife and daughter, I ordered Family Pack, Colon Cleanser, Medicated cream and a 45 day Cleansing Package.
Total: $222.65 USD incl. shipping

The order was made on May 20, 2010.
Receipt No: 4753-8667-0638-9603
Today is June 20, 2010 and I have not received it yet.

I've tried to send an email message through this forum. It came back: "Remote SMTP Server Returned: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected confirm@humaworm.com"
I then sent a Private message. No answer.

Now I would like to know from Humaworm: When will I get my order?

Is this a common procedure at Humaworm, to first deliver a small order and then when the customer makes a bigger order, just take the money and not deliver.
Do I have to make a claim for a refund at my Credit Card Company?
