Consider the possibility that your platelets may have dropped during fasting, mine did. I pulled a nail cuticle just after my 13 day and I was amazed how much longer it took to stop bleeding (maybe 10 minutes! compared to the usual 1) and the red color did not seem as deep as usual. It was enough to convince me that I would not fast (that long) immediately prior to any surgery.
Also the membranes of the tissue cells of the gum, tongue, throat, salivary glands etc during normal replacement and repair are thinner from less water, fats and nutrients, so the normal floating/shifting of the teeth would accelerate tissue breakages during rapid weight loss which the lower platelets would not handle as efficiently.
Quite normal I'd say and nothing to worry about at your level of health.
