strictures

dear Dennis
I have a stricture towards the end of my colon, I can particularly feel it 'close' after I have large bowel movements. I assume this narrowing is due to 'irritation' from toxins and candida passing through the bowel.
Is there recommendations to relax and loosen up this stricture?
