Re: Finding an alternative doctor

Thank you. The problem is my depression. I hardly have motivation anymore and even the few things you suggested seem overwhelming.

And I've eaten barely any processed food or high carb grains for the past eight or so months. My diet has mainly been meat, fruits, some vegetables, and occasional processed foods. A couple of months after changing my diet, I felt better, but then the Depression got worse than ever since then for seemingly no reason. My diet is so much healthier than it was, so how can it not have helped? I did eat meat every day for a while, but is it that bad? Can simple meat really do this?

I'm only 19 and I just don't have the energy for this. I still want to be a kid, but my life is centered around watching TV with no enjoyment, trying to eat healthy, and praying that something will finally come up to help my depression. I can't do more. Why me?? Help!
