I would be happy to resolve the issue, unfortunately Plasmafire is run by a charlatan who refuses to repond to customers warranty problems. Saul has admitted to me that my generator was not wired correctly and it was missing insulation boots at the tube terminals which is what caused the problem. After having me cut all the wires to remove a tube he ended all contact with me leaving me with a useless generator and $3200 in the hole. People are continuing to come forward with similar stories. And now let me get this straight, you want ME to apologize to HIM? Get real! Thats the most asinine thing I ever heard! Your individual experience is irrelevant. Saul Pressman currently runs a sham bussiness and is ripping people off to the tune of thousands of dollars, end of story. I'm going to continue to warn people not to purchase his equipment due to a fraudulent warranty and the potential that Plasmafire may never ship their merchandise. You can make excuses for his behavior, but honest people do not conduct bussiness this way. Tweet
