I am so proud of you and your mother! Flukes are stubborn - they live in bile their whole lives - and even when they die - it takes the liver a while to flush them out.

BUT - once they start leaving - the symptoms from them go away almost immediately.
As for your itching - it could have been a few remaining toxins leaving through the scalp - nothing to worry about :)
