i would use an herbal tea made as follows
put one teaspoon each of Black Cohosh, Blue Cohosh, Blue Vervain, Scullcap, and 1/2 teaspoon of lobel1a into3 1/2 cups of water and simmer for 10 minutes, let it cool and strain, drink 1 cup 3 times a day

and Hypericum 30x 3 pellets 3 times a day

plus put hot compress on the area for 5 minutes then cold compress for 5 minutes do this 3 times a day Tweet
