Could this be parasites?

Back in deember I became very ill. Extreme diarrhea and weight loss. Since then, the diarrhea has leveled out, but I have maldigestion and malabsorption. Also I sudden;y struggle with so many food allergies! I am only 23, and am so ill that I had to send my two young girls out of state to their grandparents to be taken care of. My immunologist thinks it could be parasites, bacterial or lyme... I did a CDSA, results in two weeks. All the hospital stool tests came back normal. I am thinking about also ordering a test from PCI in arizona...

I ordered the humaworm, and am hoping it comes fast! Tecnically I am not supposed to ptart anything till the CDSA comes back, but I am so week and hungry that we are considering a TPN line... :/

Any thoughts on whether humaworm will help? What should I be looking for?

Also, directed at humaworm, after the humaworm round, what should I do next? The liver flush? I know my liver has become sluggish through this, because of the acne and brain fog! Any reccomendations you would have to help me on my way would be sooooooo appreciated!
