I have mostly cured my MCS!!!
I no longer read curezone for hours looking for the cure. My MCS is pretty much controlled. I used to be bothered by fabric softener that was 5 feet away. Now I can only smell it if it is strong and I haven't gotten sick from anything in a while. For six months I did intensive detoxing, read all Sherry Rogers books, did de-parasiting, took any supplement i could afford, cooked healthy farm organic foods, colon cleansing etc. Did hour long saunas(20 minute intervals) at the gym 3 days a week, did tons of
coffee enemas and some ACV and garlic, took
Epsom Salt baths, stopped acrylic nails, cleaned everything from my bedroom (got rid of books and everything non necessary), got a face mask, air purifier, went to therapy..I did anything I heard that helps, using a lot of intuition to determine intensity. It took at least six months of seeing NO improvement at all, then I was suddenly better, with a one week relapse after one week of stopping detoxing..
molybdenum 3 times a day may have been a turning point.
Even though I looked healthy and was fine(i already was an organic type gym goer) as long as i wasn't breathing some awful chemical in, I treated myself as if I were very sick and as if I were in one of these $1,000 rehabs. I had to take the time to sit in the sauna, and do the enemas, spend all my $ at Vitacost, get away from all chemicals.
MCS was awful, physically, emotionally , socially. People really think u r neurotic. They cant understand how everything makes u feel bad. My doctor didnt help at all. I am thankful I had the sense to research it myself before I beacame even worse.
Now I am on Curezone looking a beauty tips! haha!
I did cure my MCS by doing everything I could and not giving up! I have been well for a few months now. I can handle plenty of chemicals but try to still be careful. I dont stick around toxic places which I still have the radar for. I am still sensitive, but not sick or disabled as i was becoming last year, afraid to go anywhere.
