In your RRR testimony (that I´ve just read on the Liver-Flush support forum) you mentioned making your own kim chi with apples!
I would love to know how you make it not only from the probiotic point-of-view - the taste of kim chi is what I love most, obviously a craving and the body´s way of saying it definitely needs some!! It may benefit others as well?
I´ve seen accounts on YouTube - but usually stopped there....... now that I have more time for making some would appreciate a (hopefully) simple and easy-to-make recipe?
