Isocort made me worse

Hello, I'm new to the forums but not new to this issue.
I've been dealing with adrenal fatigue for about a year now, but this past week has knocked me on my bum so bad I just can't take it anymore. I'm too exhausted to get up and do anything anymore.
My fatigue is worse in the mornings, it used to go away for the day when I took adrenal stress end, but when I took it in the morning it did NOT help my morning fatigue. After reading more, I bought Isocort-which is what I believe caused me to feel *so* much worse this week. I don't know if this is a temporary effect so I should stay on it, but it makes me so exhausted and dizzy I just had to stop taking it after only a few days.
If the Isocort won't help, will anything?! Please I can't live like this. There are NO doctors around here that do any testing or know anything about adrenal and adrenal-related issues, so this is the only place I can (hopefully)get help. I've tried several other homeopathic adrenal products but nothing has helped.
I've eaten extrmely healthy for years, no processed foods etc. and exercised..this past week exercise has become impossible, my tolerance is horrible, all I want to do is sleep. But when I lay down I am wise awake until about 2-3am.
Please, please help if you can...I just have to start feeling better :( Tweet
