Electrolyte imbalance and heavy legs

I have noticed the past month that during the weekend my vericose veins (on both legs) are popped out and sort of hurt, and I have a heavy leg feeling. This really happens when I've been sweating alot, as I have in the last month working in the yard in the sun. I drink my DE/Concentrace water throughout.

I've been losing weight pretty fast, and probably too fast for my metabolism. I'm pretty sure I'm out of balance here.

I'm not eating any sugar. Does anyone know of a safe electrolyte drink to balance my mag/calc/pot?

Otherwise I feel amazing. Sleeping well, brain fog GONE, I have more energy, my costochondritis hasn't flaired up once, no heartburn.....I'm doing extremely well except for this weekly issue.

Thanks guys.
