Baby Eczema

I just posted a question regarding starting babies on solids but I have another question regarding infantile eczema. My son is now four months old and over the last two months has developed a rashy looking patch on his forehead near the hair line. He also gets this eczema looking rash around his eye brows and has a patch on his scalp. It is really red looking then dries up and becomes scaly. I have tried all types of organic baby lotions, oils, etc and it's not clearing up. Baby is not on any solids right now and only receiving breastmilk! What can be going on and why is it not clearing up? what causes infantile eczema? It's no where else on his body except face and head! Tweet
