How do you do a heavy metal detox on toddler?

Any suggestions? Or at least an overall detox? My son is 3.5 has all the signs of ADHD and I would like to look into this. Is vitamin C, iodine, or is there something better to detox metals, pesticides. I know of Bentonite baths but that is just asking for a mess..
