Sure sounds like Morgellons to me. You have a lot of the symptoms. Especially the crawling/itching/biting sensations.

My suggestion, get a $12 handheld microscope from Radio Shack and look at your skin. Find out what's really going on with it. Also the fibers show up under a UV blacklight.

I didn't know I had Morgs. at first as my fibers are very small and aren't apparent to the naked eye. Even with a blacklight, I have to hold a magnifier to my skin to see them clearly—and there are never a lot on me. However, I see black specks (which were EVERYWHERE in the skin—most of these fell out after taking Ivermectin) with the scope and the fibers started after most of the black specks came out.
