How long does it take for the humaworm order to be delivered

Just curious, if anyone else has had this problem, after reading all the benefits of Humarworm I finally decided to order it, but it's been two weeks and I have no tracking number in my email and no idea when the package will be delivered. I called the Humaworm customer service today to find out that they don't know where my package is and if it's even shipped.

I was told that I'll get an email confirmation since they'll ship one out today with express delivery. No email confirmations yet.

I'm not sure what to do at this point, have called them more than 5 times about this, anyone else have this problem. If not Humaworm, what other parasite cleanse program should I try for my acne that is just as good?
