Re: Healing crisis

Took my herbs and about 4 small cloves of garlic and started my CE.It seemed rather unproductive at first. I took in half the liquid but when I went to expel not much came out.I returned to the Coffee-Enema and finished the liquid.I took in all the rest of the liquid with no liver popping??I wasnt listening with the stethescope because usually I can hear it even with the stethescope.And the sound usually happens with the urgent rush to "go".(Even my BM this morning didnt leave me satified).So I sat there for a few moments waiting for something to happen.Nothing did so I got up to expel anyways.And again not much came...sooo strange! So I sat there and massaged my liver and colon and my liver spot on my foot. And finally some OMG rank smelling stuff came out of me.And I did feel a little better.I pee-ed like crazy during all of this. I just have this strange feeling im dehydrated!Anyways, I was almost finished cleaning my equipment and I felt the urge to go, which never happens and I got some more out. Then minutes later I had my Master-Cleanse drink with some IF#2. And again it hit with some more slime and sludge.So in the end it took away my massive headache(I figured it would). And left me feeling pretty worn out from all the "going" but I went with the mental clarity it gave me and cleaned the house and enjoyed my family...just wonder whats up with my liver??I think all this mucus in my body is slowing me down...

(edit) oh and the lemon and cayenne feels awesome on my sick throat. I also noticed my tongue was CRAZY coated white,never seen it sooo bad. Tweet
