I am starving!

This is my first Liver Flush and I am starving since I haven't eaten since 2pm. It's making my stomach very,very nauseous. I took my epsoms at 6 and my stomach is knawing. What should I do? I can't stand not to eat, it's a real mental block for me. I' ve never made it thru a whole day of a fast. I do eat well though, I am 90% raw for several months. Probally tough it out- right? I am probally being a big baby. I have read several times that you won't be hungry. Not here! I'm just afraid when I get to the oil, it will make me sick! Could it be the epsoms on a empty stomach? I was fine until an hour after I took them. Can I drink something? I thought this would be a breeze.
