1 Absolutely NOT. Totally different things that work in totally different way. The ES are a fairly harsh chemical that is very dehydrating and should NEVER be used when fasting. The SWF works because the mix is same ratio as the specific gravity of blood and it will pass through the system unabsorbed.

2 Absolutely NOT. The main workings of fasting is to give the digestive system a rest. The MC is NOT a nutritional program. It is a "fast". Do some research and learn how fasting actually works.

3 Have you ever "fasted" before? Do you know anything about fasting and how the MC works?? Bottom line is you can add anything you want. You just won't be doing the Master Cleanse and you can't expect the full benefits from it. The MC works in a simple elegant way AS IS . If it ain't broke , don't fix it................
