Insect bite that looks like Lyme while taking Humaworm

I have just started my last week of humaworm. About a week ago, I noticed an insect bite on my hip that was very itchy. I am noticing that it has a very red defined rash around it about 2 inches in diameter. The itching is subsiding, but the rash is still there, but not changing. I do not have any other symtoms. My question is, if this could be lyme disease, would a doctor be able to confirm it with a blood test? How effective is your lyme formula compared to antibiotics? I don't know where to start, or if I should even be concerned if I don't have any symptoms. Thank you in advance for your advice!
