Hello all: I have regular hypothyroidism too and I exercise like 3-4 times a week but i have a little problem with exercising and it is that it makes me too tired and it increases my hunger what can I do? how should I train?
This is my routine:
I walk 25 minutes (3 to 5 times a weeek) in the afternoons
PS: I walk to kill Depression too i suffer from depressive mood and boredom, apathy and abulia
