How true , better stinky outside than inside ( probably related )!
I just wonder how much I had messed up my health for all these years...What an ignorance on my part!
And, another story ... I had a broken shoulder in Dec. Some little cute bone was crushed like an egg shell. After a month carryng a huge black scary bruise , I started my first fast. The bruised part desapeared in 1 week flat during the fast. After all MRI,Xray drama,the doctor couldnt believe it healed without a surgery, so I got way with rehab only ...It was so drastic,I couldnt believe how fast everything improved, didnt even pay attention to the shoulder, I was so about my BP then...I was even afraid to think it was the fast...so powerfull !
So, I am getting my health back together. Not going back for sure.
