First liver flush not very successful

Well, I finally did the liver flush. After all that worrying, drinking the olive oil/grapefruit juice wasn't as horrible as I thought. Unfortunately, my husband was tossing and turning, so I woke up, felt nauseous, and threw up. (thankfully I made it to the toilet) This was about 1 1/2 hours after drinking the oil. So I wasn't sure what to do this morning, but decided to take the Epsom Salts anyway. I actually did pass about 140 stones, very small--about 2-3mm. That's it. A little disappointing. I'm not sure I want to try it again, as I am not sure it is worth the trouble.
