Congrats! That's interesting. I have read about the 80 10 10 diet before, but I didn't think it would be ideal. After a few weeks of a fairly strict anti candida diet, I've started slowly incorporating carbs again. I am also taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and many other fungal fighting herbs and supplements and I am confident in these being more important than diet.
After reading your post, and smelling the whole grain pasta cooking downstairs, I decided to give this a try. I am planning on doing it for at least a week if I can.
What kind of meals do you eat? Do you eat a lot of whole grain pasta? How do you go about cooking without oils?
Do you notice any more weight gain since eating like this, compared to the anti candida diet?
