I missed this topic about salmonella in alfalfa sprouts. Could you give me a hint about the origin of this piece of news?

Here, genetically modified food is still prohibited, but they work hard to "prove" that it's completely harmless. As the discussion here is an ongoing one, any ammunition that might hurt the plans of genetical engineering would be nice.
