I don't think many know, it's very subtle the way it works.
Check our Daniel Vitalis you-tube videos. He says he takes it everyday for pollution.
I have tried both liquid and powder OMICA Super Z-lite brand. I prefer the liquid, it elevated my mood the first time I took it.
Another guy to check out is Truth Calkins. He told me to triple the dose on the bottle for faster detox.
