The technocrats that work to socially engineer through various media and compliant organizations, utilize every technique they possibly can. That includes manufacturing a perceived apocalypse, fake anti-christs, phony peace and safety, and false flags that start wars and rumors of war.

It's all based on a synthesis of the theories of Hegel, Aristotle,Plato, etc.

The overarching term is Communitarianism. It is a synthesis of Communism and Capitalism as per the Hegelian dialectic.
