i can NEVER feel good no matter what! help me please

im totally suspecting i have too low serotonin and dopamine etc. mine is probably a genetic shortage of them b/c i had EXTREME shyness for all my life, i am very moody/emotional, easily stressed, cannot focus, lifelong insomnia (took forever to fall asleep), i like carbs, mental fatigue, then Depression set in when my life circumstances got worse (which i feel insane from being lonely...kind of like a sociopath). i also have OCD symtoms and annoying perfectionism

i do exercise but it never improves my mood or anything. & eating carbs doesnt work for me eithe.r, i have taken melatonin for sleep before but it loses its effect if i take it everyday.

if you are born with an inability to make enough serotonin etc (something like transporter gene or whatever)...how can you possibly cure this condition? i canot suffer these above symptoms forever, especially poor quality sleep (NOTHING HAS WORKED FOR ME...UNABLE TO FEEL TIRED) & my tiredness/bad moods.

i am totally against all drugs so PLEASE DO NOT recommend any SSRI's or drugs or anything aritifical. i dont want to depend on any substances...none of them work for me anyway, even though my diet is balanced i still dont feel good!

i dont deserve to suffer like this, so is there any cure or anything effective that will let me produce those neurochemicals properly? i am desperate please help me
