Calcium absorbtion/supplements

Hello, I'm a 20 year old female and I was told that I was "high risk" for osteoperosis. I was hospitalized for anorexia when I was 14 and was at the time told that my bones where similar to a very old woman. (I am now a healthy weight) My maternal great-grandmother had osteoperosis as well. I don't drink milk or any dairy besides yogurt kiefer and butter (and the occasional ice cream) which I've heard are the "good" dairy's, but even those I don't use that often. I was reading in "Fit for life II:Living health" that the calcium in dairy is not absorbed well by the body anyway and that it does more harm than good for osteoperosis. I currently take a calcium lactate supplement from standard process as well as their cataplex F for calcium absorbtion. Is there something else I should be taking/doing?
