Osteo Solutions
I recently compared my two bone density tests that were taken about 1 1/2 year apart since I finally found them. I definitely improved. I was told to take ipraflavones by a naturopath who herself has genetic bone density loss at age 35 and had improved with IP's. I took some but was not consistent or religious. I guess since she had it and improved I figured it was no big deal.
However when I had my recent scan the radiologist person said oh you have to go on Fosamax (or the other one,) and since I still had osteopenia. But I said to her I would take natural products since they rebuild bone and she lectured me that the fosamax was better since it STOPS the bone loss. She glared at me like I was a health freak. And implied "why would you NOT take the only thing that will help."
Any way ---I researched and found out about weight vests also and looked at my last scan and found I had improved and felt like sending her my results. Oh well.
Also my new MD who is very progressive said I would be fine with the vest and confirmed that I had improved with only 1-2 IP pills a few times a week over the last year and a half.
For anyone interested: the weight vests have comfy weights and was designed for women. I will wear it and take the proper dose of IP's and should be fine. The site is

Good luck to all with porous bones. We will overcome.
