Where is everyone

Osteoporosis and osteopenia are very prevalent and serious issues... where is everyone? I have it and need some info as to whether anything works. I know some products that increas bone mass but not ones that stop the bone loss. Seems the prescriptions Fosamax and some other one I forgot... do that but I know Fosamax side effects are horrid so why bother. Any other suggestions.
