Small subcutaneous cysts

I have developed a series of small and painful (touch) subcutaneous cysts running from behind my ears straight down both sides of my neck. I've had these before sometimes, but rather a few localized below my ears, and less intense. It dowses as Hg and Lead dump and as a lymphatic reaction. No brain fog this time. Supplements dowse as: R-LA, ALA, Mag Pot Aspartate, Mag Malate, Amla, minor Triphlax, Coral Calc, Boron, Omega3, Malt off/on, Gelsemium hom. on/off. Surprisingly no Tell Met, cilantro or ascorbic acid. Dowsing seems to be OK these days, but I am wondering if I am missing something, 'cause they are so stubborn. Any ideas or experience with this?
