"IF" you can see "a" varicose vein, odds are, you have internal ones as well and the condition took years to develope.

When our blood traveles from a artery to a vein it travels through a "valve".....to pass through this valve, the blood turns into a "gas"......NO INORGANIC MINERALS/ROCK can pass through these valves,,,,,,so they CLOG EASILY......when plugged, the artery re-routes, forms a NEW VALVE and if it clogs, it builds another and another.....do this enough times and you begin to see a huge KNOT, that is refered to as varicose veins....they can be all over your organs and anywhere in the entire body.
