I have had some troubling floaters for several years and pretty much decided to live with them. Being extremely nearsighted does not help. The floaters are really in focus when your prescription is minus 9! Anyway, I have been eating goji berries in my daily smoothies and sometimes tossed into yogurt and cereal. I have found that after a couple of months the floaters are diminishing. They are not gone yet, but definitely reduced.
The thing with goji berries is that you almost always buy them dehydrated. Take a few tablespoons of them and put them in a little container. Fill with just enough good water to cover them overnight in the refrigerator. They rehydrate and become plump and just like fresh picked! Then I put them in all kinds of stuff like I mentioned. Good stuff! I doubt if the dehydrated berries would work as they are very difficult to digest this way. Also, the goji juice on the market is too watered down and very expensive. Well, its working for me.
