"Things" moving in my foot. What is it?

Hi all,

I have a strange feeling that something is moving around in my left foot. It started 4 months ago with a small insect bite that was infected. The foot was thick like there was a lot of fluid in it. My doctor gave me pills to drain the fluid and he also gave me strong antibiotics. It took more than a month before the foot looked normal again. During that time I began to feel this strange movement in the foot. I don't know anything about parasites. Could that be the case?
Anyhow I ordered Humaworm. Now I'm on day 10. I've had some extra headaches and feel more tired than usual. Those movements in my foot are still there.
What should I do? Any suggestions?
