Best of luck. It is my understanding that kidney stones has become a larger problem recently. It does also appear as if it is a direct relationship to vitamin D. Vitamin D is suppose to be absorbed from the sun. I think with the deterioration of the ozone that it could be the reason the sun doesnt produce enough of the vitamin D now of days. It is factual, that if the kidney stones are calcium based, that vitamin D helps absorb calcium.
