Re: simple question....answer yes or no
Yes. I think an estimated 97% of Americans have dandruff at some point in their lives, and 50 million people have it worldwide.
A better question might be, do you remember having dandruff before the condition started? I don't. Has your dandruff improved or worsened as your condition improved or worsened? Yes, both have improved.
Getting B-vitamins, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, zinc, selenium, healthy omega oil consumption, and lower stress are all reputed to help dandruff. Research also suggests Malassezia fungus on the scalp can cause dandruff:

But as the article states, it may be difficult to kill off the fungus without damaging the skin . . . perhaps there is a correlation with our attempts to kill off any fungus on the lips. Of course by now you know I favor non-chemical treatments:

They don't mention fungi here: "Dandruff is caused by a disorder of the sebaceous glands. If too little sebum is secreted, the hair is dry and dandruff appears as white flakes; if too much sebum is produced, the hair is greasy and the dandruff is a waxy yellow." My flakes were white.
